Filling equipment for creams in trays, composed of:
- Volumetric doser with multi-hole nozzle to fill chocolate cream.
- Volumetric doser with multi-hole nozzle to fill pastry cream.
- Horizontal hopper divided into two parts, to feed at the same time the dosers with the different creams.
The operator manually places the biscuit before and after the cream. The filling equipment works in phase with the thermoforming machine. Several possibilities of customization according to customer requirements.
